Great for families looking for fun
We had a spacious family room with a view that was almost amazing. The staff were very nice sympathetic and attentive, especially the managers.
It wasn't exactly inexpensive but worth it for the experience.

Party hotel with very friendly and especially helpful staff and spectacular views over the ocean. Convenient location a super close walk to Ziggys. Set short walk to so many restaurants and shops, Tulum coast, and beautiful decor throughout the restaurant in the fantastic area.

The breakfast was absolutely fantastic with black coffee, an abundance of sunrise view seating plus drinkable water and we loved the club where the food was served. The hotel was in the beachfront setting to the Caribbean sea.

We loved staying here as a family! The beach nearby was fine, with crystal clear water and soft white sand. Our family room was spacious and clean. Plus, the kids enjoyed the beach loungers and the nearby eateries were good.
My kids wished for a quieter environment away from the street noise. The loud music in the evening made it hard for them to sleep.

Hotel is in beautiful area (Tulum beach is great for swimming, long walks). Hotel staff was very friendly and attentive. Front desk especially went above and beyond.
Would have liked access to wireless Internet at hotel.

Amazing hotel with 24-hour security, free parking, and beach access. The staff helped me find my lost car keys during my first stay, which I remember fondly. I recommend trying the yoga class for relaxation!

The service is excellent with free parking available and good meals. Large dormitory room is beautifully decorated, has a reasonably spacious bathroom.
